Return Window & Eligibility
We provide a 30-business-day return period, calculated from the date of delivery as confirmed by the carrier’s tracking data. To qualify for a return, items must adhere to the following strict conditions:
Uninstalled Condition: Hardware must be in its original, uninstalled state. Any items showing tool marks, scratches, thread wear, or signs of adhesive/sealant application will be rendered ineligible for a refund.
Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original branded packaging, including all protective internal foams, gaskets, mounting kits, and technical manuals.
Finish Protection: High-precision finishes (such as Antique Copper or Speckled Granite) must be free of fingerprints, oils, or chemical residues.
Structural Integrity: Drains, strainers, and handles must not be bent or modified. If an item is returned with structural damage due to improper repackaging, the return will be rejected.
How to Initiate a Return
RMA Mandatory Warning: Do not ship any products back to our address without prior authorization. Plumboras will not be responsible for packages returned without a verified Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
To initiate a return:

Provide your Order Number and a clear explanation for the return. For damaged items, digital photographic evidence of the product and outer packaging is required.
Once reviewed, we will provide you with an RMA number and the designated return address: 300 JACKSON ROAD 199BRADFORD.AR 72020.
Return Shipping Costs
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If the return is necessitated by a product defect, shipping damage, or an incorrect item dispatch, Plumboras will bear 100% of the return shipping costs and provide a pre-paid shipping label.
Customer Remorse / Personal Preference: If a return is initiated due to a change of mind, selection of an incorrect size/finish, or design incompatibility, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and logistics. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Restocking Fees
We believe in transparent pricing. Plumboras does not charge any restocking fees. All eligible returns will be processed with a $0.00 Restocking Fee.
Refund Process & Timeline
Once your return is received at our returns address, please allow 1-3 business days for your return to be processed and reviewed against our eligibility criteria.
Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once the review is complete and the refund is initiated.
Execution: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment.

Order Cancellations & Fraud Prevention
Cancellations: You may request an order cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, the order enters our standard processing flow and cannot be halted; in such cases, the customer must follow the standard return procedure.
Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to refuse a refund if a return is found to be fraudulent, including the return of items not purchased from our store, used hardware, or “empty box” claims. All returns are cross-referenced with our dispatch records.
