At Plumboras, we recognize that timely delivery of high-precision hardware is critical to the progress of your kitchen and bath projects. We coordinate with established domestic carriers to ensure your architectural fixtures are delivered securely and efficiently to your specified location.
Shipping Destinations & Restrictions
To maintain service reliability and adhere to carrier requirements for specialized plumbing hardware, our shipping scope is restricted as follows:
Coverage: We ship exclusively to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).
Exclusions: We do not offer delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.
Address Restrictions: Due to the technical nature and dimensions of our products, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. A valid physical street address is required for all orders to ensure successful delivery.
Shipping Rates & Costs
Our shipping fee structure is transparent and calculated at checkout based on your order value:
Orders of $70.00 and over: Free Standard Shipping.
Orders under $70.00: A flat shipping fee of $10.00 will be applied.
Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
We operate with precise timelines to help you manage your installation schedules. All timeframes are calculated in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major Federal holidays).
Order Cut-off Time:5:00 PM (CST/CDT). Orders received after this time will begin processing on the following business day.
Order Processing Time:1-3 business days before handoff to the carrier.
Transit Time:3-8 business days via reliable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
Total Estimated Delivery:4-11 business days (Order Processing Time + Transit Time).
Order Tracking & Split Shipments
Once your order has been dispatched, a confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to your registered email address.
Activation: Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be updated and activated within the carrier’s system.
Split Shipments: For orders containing multiple architectural components, items may be dispatched in separate packages to ensure optimal protection during transit. You will receive tracking details for each individual shipment.
Address Accuracy & Missing Packages
Information Integrity: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. Plumboras is not liable for delivery failures, delays, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or insufficient address information provided at checkout.
Missing Packages: If a tracking status indicates “Delivered” but the package has not been received, please contact the carrier directly to initiate a formal investigation. We will provide any necessary documentation to assist in this process, but we do not assume liability for packages once they are confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Damaged in Transit
Given the specific finishes and materials of our fixtures, we advise immediate inspection upon arrival. If your items are damaged during transit:
Reporting Window: Contact us at info@plumboras.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Documentation: You must provide clear photographs of the damaged product and the original outer packaging with the shipping label visible. This evidence is required for us to facilitate a replacement or resolution.
